How do I clean my flat iron?
Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior and the plates. Avoid using any chemicals or abrasive products.
Can I use this flat iron in all countries?
Yes, this appliance contains a special electronic circuit that automatically converts it for worldwide usage - from 100-240 volts AC, 50/60Hz. Simply plug the tool into the local outlet and the tool will automatically adjust to the local current. However, you may need a plug adapter to fit into the power supply receptacle. DO NOT use this product with a converter.
How do I power on the tool?
To power on the tool, press and hold the Power button.
How do I power off the tool?
To power off the tool, press and hold the Power button until lights cascade down.
Note: On second use, the flat iron will automatically heat up to its last set temperature.
How do I input or re-enter my hair texture?
Press the Power button to toggle through texture options. When your texture icon is illuminated, wait 3 seconds to lock in your texture setting. Lights will cascade up as the iron heats up to your recommended heat setting.
How do I turn on Curl Mode?
To create curls or waves, press and hold the Curl Mode button.
The temperature will decrease by 1 heat setting.
How do I turn off Curl Mode?
To use the tool as ahair straightener, press and hold the Curl Mode button to exit Curl Mode.
How do I select my heat setting manually?
Double tap the Power button. Then press the Power button to toggle through heat selections. Once your desired heat selection is illuminated, wait 3 seconds to lock in your heat setting. Lights will cascade up as the iron heats up.
If I am in Manual Mode, how do I reactivate T3 StyleMax technology to style with my customized settings?
Tap the Curl Mode button and Power button simultaneously, and T3 StyleMax technology will reactivate. Your previously selected hair texture will illuminate and the iron will heat up to your recommended heat setting.
What should I do if I experience accidental activation of the interface?
Keep your hand away from buttons to avoid unintended interface activation during styling.
What should I do if the hair straightener won’t turn on?
Ensure you are pressing and holding down the power button for a full 3 seconds.
Will this tool power off automatically if I accidentally leave it on?
Yes, this flat iron automatically powers off after approximately one hour.
How do I reset my tool to original factory settings?
Press and hold the Power button and Curl Mode button until the iron turns off.
